The Project Manager — Journeyman role is primarily onsite at Joint Base Andrews in Andrews, MD, with less than 5% remote work. The target salary range is $100,000–$130,000 per year. The role supports TekSynap’s AFNCR team and the Air Force District of Washington. The position coordinates projects from planning through delivery, aligning teams, agencies, vendors, budgets, schedules, requirements, and deliverables. It supports customer needs by keeping projects on time, within budget and scope, and compliant with organizational procedures.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects
• coordinate with Air Force and external agencies, including DISA, JSP, Army, and vendors
• direct project personnel and manage cost, schedule, and contract compliance
• develop project plans, scope, objectives, and deliverables
• gather and document requirements
• track dependencies, milestones, and quality
• manage budgets, forecasts, and accruals
• provide status reports, dashboards, and project updates
• lead cross-functional teams and escalate unresolved decisions.
