• Partner with Product Safety Team leads to shape priorities and drive implementation
• manage multiple teams across therapeutic areas
• plan and facilitate meetings and document minutes
• frame safety issues and support decision-making
• manage escalations to management and the Safety Review Board
• coordinate action-item closeout
• support internal and external engagement
• drive team deliverables and inspection, audit, and CAPA readiness.
