The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Center-Based role is hybrid in Cary, NC, with four days in the center and one day working from home. Compensation is a $90,000–$100,000 base salary, quarterly performance incentives up to $12,000 annually, and total potential compensation up to $112,000; a $5,000–$10,000 sign-on bonus is also offered. Butterfly Effects provides individualized ABA therapy to children and families. The BCBA leads clinical service delivery by supervising behavior technicians, assessing clients, designing evidence-based interventions, and training caregivers. The role contributes to meaningful outcomes for children with autism spectrum disorder and their families through individualized, collaborative care.

What you'll do

• Oversee RBTs and behavior technicians to support consistent ABA service delivery
• conduct functional behavior assessments
• develop individualized treatment goals and evidence-based intervention plans
• lead monthly caregiver training
• collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals.
