What you'll do

• Greet customers in person, by phone, or online
• oversee calls, emails, and texts, record details, and route urgent medical calls to a doctor quickly
• provide personalized service and resolve concerns
• update nurses and doctors on customer needs
• offer confidential guidance on financial options and end-of-life decisions
• process payments while protecting personal and financial information
• follow up after visits
• capture special moments with permission
• work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating or as-needed basis.
