What you'll do

• Greet patients and explain procedures
• position patients for imaging
• use ALARA radiation protection techniques
• process images and check identification and image quality
• operate digital and non-digital imaging equipment according to approved techniques and policies
• assist providers with prescribed treatments as needed
• maintain equipment and arrange repairs
• keep records and reports
• perform medical assistant or receptionist duties when needed within appropriate guidelines.
