Organizational Change Management Lead — Part-Time

The Organizational Change Management Lead role is hybrid, with onsite work initially in Merrillville, IN, and a transition to Indianapolis, IN as program phases progress. It is part-time, up to 32 hours per week initially, at $85–$100 per hour. Blue Star Partners is supporting a multi-year transformation program for a global specialty materials manufacturing organization. The role exists to lead change planning and adoption across a complex portfolio of operational, technology, workforce, and manufacturing initiatives. It assesses impacts and readiness, develops stakeholder engagement and communications plans, enables leaders and change networks, and coordinates training and mitigation as the program evolves.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute organizational change strategy and roadmap
• conduct change impact and stakeholder assessments
• identify readiness risks and adoption needs

• monitor resistance and adoption
• support manufacturing, workforce, and operating-model changes
• travel regionally within Indiana as required, with potential future international travel.
