What you'll do

• Lead employees in daily workflow and safety processes
• oversee training, communications, and initial response to staff issues
• interpret blueprints or work plans
• coordinate assigned projects
• operate heavy equipment as needed
• enforce safety procedures and job hazard analyses
• document and handle materials
• prepare and assemble manufacturing materials according to blueprints
• maintain clean work areas
• operate machinery and hand or power tools
• perform other assigned duties.

Why this role
