Care and Medication Technician

Job overview

The Care and Medication Technician role is onsite in Newton, NC, and pays $16.50–$17.50 per hour. TerraBella Newton provides senior living options including assisted living, memory care, and respite care. The technician supports residents’ daily care and well-being, observes and reports changes, assists with activities of daily living, and performs medication-related duties in accordance with resident service plans and medication procedures.

What you'll do

• Monitor and document resident status
• respond to call bells
• assist with personal care, meals, activities, and room cleanliness
• observe and document medications and treatments
• report concerns to nursing staff
• maintain medication supplies and records
• take and record vital signs
• participate in service plan updates.
