What you'll do

• Advise private equity firms, technology and software companies, consumer brands, and other clients on intellectual property, technology, data, and brand transactions
• support mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, collaborations, carve-outs, divestitures, and investments
• draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, licenses, assignments, software and cloud services agreements, and trademark agreements
• advise on product launches, digital transformation, e-commerce, advertising, media, entertainment, and artificial intelligence
• provide guidance on trademark, copyright, patent, and data rights.
