What you'll do

• Inspect HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and safety systems
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs
• respond to maintenance requests and service tickets
• troubleshoot facility issues
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• monitor safety compliance
• maintain maintenance and equipment records
• assist with office moves and workspace setups
• perform minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work
• support emergency response activities.
