Maintenance Engineer

What you'll do

• Provide technical support for facility maintenance and reliability
• troubleshoot mechanical failures and recurring performance issues
• evaluate rotating equipment, fixed equipment, heat exchangers, and related systems
• develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• use performance data and maintenance records to identify reliability concerns
• lead or participate in root-cause investigations
• establish and monitor reliability metrics
• support maintenance planning, repairs, inspections, outages, and equipment overhauls
• apply condition-monitoring methods
• manage smaller capital improvement projects
• develop maintenance procedures
• collaborate with operations and engineering
• participate in process safety reviews and risk assessments
• ensure work complies with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
