What you'll do

• Gather and analyze requirements
• assist with validation and compliance activities as required
• analyze business processes and improvement opportunities
• evaluate vendor solutions
• liaise among system and lab owners, service groups, and third parties
• provide onsite lab IT break/fix support
• implement Windows security policies
• support system validation and change management
• maintain equipment and software inventories
• perform preventive maintenance when applicable.
