What you'll do

• Assist customers with laundry cards, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, wash-and-fold orders, and questions
• use the cash register or point-of-sale computer accurately
• maintain product stock and notify management when inventory or janitorial supplies run low
• record maintenance issues and report unsafe situations
• address customer concerns and report complaints or claims
• follow company policies and safe practices
• respond appropriately to emergencies
• maintain store cleanliness by walking the floor, removing debris, emptying trash, and checking bathrooms.
