The Interventional Psychiatrist role is onsite in Chicago, IL. Compensation is $250,000–$300,000 annually. Relief Mental Health provides outpatient psychiatric care, including services for treatment-resistant mental health diagnoses. The psychiatrist provides evaluations, diagnoses, medication management, and interventional treatments while contributing clinical leadership and collaborative support to the interdisciplinary team. The role also supports program development and evidence-based care for complex psychiatric needs.

What you'll do

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management
• deliver and oversee TMS, SPRAVATO (esketamine), ketamine-based therapies where applicable, and other clinically indicated interventional services
• determine medical necessity and treatment appropriateness
• monitor response and side effects and adjust care plans
• participate in peer consultation, case reviews, and quality initiatives
• support referral relationships
• contribute to program development and protocol refinement
• maintain clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
