What you'll do

• Assure implementation of policies and procedures relating to resident care
• supervise and assist with resident services, including coordination of independently contracted ancillary healthcare providers as requested by residents and families
• conduct assessments
• negotiate service plans
• develop service schedules and update service information based on resident needs
• ensure timely assessments and appropriate charges
• assist with social history assessments and life-enrichment programming, including meetings with residents and families and follow-up with associates and volunteers. Must be an LPN or LVN.
