The Founding Go-to-Market Leader role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, five days per week; candidates must live in San Francisco or relocate within one month. On-target earnings are $140,000–$160,000, with a 50/50 base and variable compensation split. The role is the first commercial hire at an investor-backed AI platform serving property insurers and managing general agents. The leader builds the go-to-market engine from the ground up, developing customer targeting, outbound and relationship channels, and a repeatable enterprise sales process. The role also establishes operating metrics and brings prospect and customer feedback to the founding team.

What you'll do

• Define and research the ideal customer profile
• run researched, low-volume outbound campaigns
• build relationships through conferences and warm channels
• lead enterprise opportunities, pilots, procurement, security reviews, and onboarding collateral
• build initial GTM infrastructure using Attio, Claude Code, and other AI tools
• establish metrics and operating rhythms
• relay structured product feedback to the founding team.
