Registered Nurse (RN) - MDS Coordinator - Day Shift

Use independent judgment in the planning, organizing, directing, and evaluation of activities of the professional and supportive nursing staff engaged in resident plan of care. Evaluate care provided to each resident and keep care plans current. Serve as the direct lead for the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process. Assist in assessment and evaluation of potential admissions.
