What you'll do

• Prepare and bake batters, doughs, breads, pastries, and other in-house products to recipes and daily par levels
• assist with production planning for events and holidays
• maintain production and spoilage records
• package and price bakery products
• receive, organize, rotate, and stock supplies
• clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
• provide customer service and answer product questions
• follow food safety, sanitation, and safe-work procedures.
