Senior Diversion Navigator

What you'll do

• Screen households seeking emergency shelter, provide crisis stabilization and diversion assessments, and develop alternatives to shelter
• coordinate landlord negotiations, conflict resolution, housing searches, referrals, and financial assistance
• maintain partner relationships and resource information
• track data and prepare reports
• arrange shelter referrals when diversion is not possible
• and assist with training new navigators.
