What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff
• follow site security procedures and emergency-response practices
• respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor, tenant, and vendor activity
• and complete daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs.
