What you'll do

• Oversee daily Environmental Services, Housekeeping, and Laundry operations
• supervise, train, coach, and schedule staff
• maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and order
• establish standards and procedures
• inspect resident rooms and shared spaces
• manage supplies, records, and departmental schedules
• support regulatory compliance, infection prevention, quality improvement, and budget management
• coordinate with Maintenance and other departments
• respond to resident and family concerns.
