The Resident Assistant (RA) — All Shifts role is onsite in Centre Hall, Pennsylvania. Pay is $15–$21 per hour. The assistant provides person-centered care and support with daily living, wellness, safety, dining, and engagement. The role contributes to a comfortable, home-like community by following individualized support plans, documenting care, and communicating with residents, families, and the care team.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, dining, and personal hygiene
• provide companionship and emotional support
• conduct rounds and wellness checks
• observe and report changes
• follow support plans
• respond to call bells and emergencies
• assist with activities, transportation, meals, housekeeping, and documentation
• follow infection control, resident rights, confidentiality, and safety procedures.
