The role contributes to members’ fitness, strength, and endurance by preparing choreography and equipment, coaching proper form, and maintaining a welcoming class environment.

What you'll do

• Prepare Les Mills music and choreography
• check class and audio equipment
• welcome and orient participants
• lead classes with clear instructions
• monitor form and offer routine variations for different fitness levels
• restore equipment and room after class
• answer questions and solicit feedback
• follow class schedules and required closing procedures when applicable.
