Contract Document Review Attorney

Job overview

The Contract Document Review Attorney role is hybrid in Miami, FL, with four days per week onsite. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. The attorney will support an upcoming litigation document review project with a law firm.

What you'll do

• Conduct first-level document review for active litigation
• assess relevance, responsiveness, privilege, confidentiality, and other criteria
• code documents in electronic review platforms
• follow project protocols
• escalate potentially privileged, sensitive, or significant documents
• maintain accuracy and productivity
• meet deadlines and review metrics
• work overtime and occasional weekends as project needs require.
