What you'll do

• Guide regional hotel leaders on financial plans and performance
• review budgets, forecasts, variances, and reports
• support revenue and cost-efficiency initiatives
• oversee financial controls, compliance, risk assessments, and capital processes
• develop finance staff and succession plans.
