Service Technician — Pest Control

Job overview

The Service Technician is a field-based, onsite role serving customers in Wichita, KS and the surrounding service area. Starting pay is $17 per hour, plus perks and commissions; the schedule is Monday–Saturday, approximately 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, with 40–60 hours per week. Alta Pest Control provides services aimed at safeguarding customers’ homes and creating peace of mind. The technician completes assigned pest-control stops, manages a service route, and communicates with customers about treatments and concerns. The role supports customer retention and helps reduce callbacks through complete, quality service.

What you'll do

• Service assigned customer stops at homes and businesses
• manage a daily route
• treat 10–15 homes per day
• explain treatments and answer customer questions
• address concerns
• drive company vehicles
• clean work areas
• assist with administrative tasks
• coordinate with teammates and other departments.
