Building Maintenance Custodian, Part-Time

What you'll do

• Repair and maintain doors, windows, flooring, ceilings, and other structures
• coordinate repairs with the maintenance team
• clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
• manage waste and replenish supplies
• prepare rooms and rental spaces for guests
• inspect rentals and report damage
• respond to urgent cleaning and maintenance requests
• report accidents and injuries.
