What you'll do

• Lead team members and oversee bakery operations during assigned shifts
• coach and train staff
• assist with opening and closing, cash handling, and daily reporting
• maintain food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production as needed
• address guest concerns and monitor inventory.
