What you'll do

• Supervise and administer medications in compliance with regulations and company guidelines
• may complete admissions assessments and documentation, discharges, and clinical tracking
• complete acute and long-term care or service plans
• consult on health-related concerns
• notify physicians or family members of changes in residents’ health
• respond to emergencies
• maintain communication and confidentiality
• provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
