What you'll do

• Oversee assigned food and beverage outlets and personnel
• maintain service standards and prompt, courteous guest service
• enforce company policies and applicable liquor, health, and safety regulations
• manage outlet budgets, costs, and labor
• interview, hire, train, schedule, coach, evaluate, promote, counsel, and discharge personnel
• resolve guest complaints
• assist the Director with budget goals and department financial matters
• represent the Food and Beverage Department in employee-related matters.
