What you'll do

• Prepare and portion meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other hot foods
• plate and garnish menu items
• maintain clean food preparation areas
• regulate cooking equipment temperatures
• check ingredient quality and rotate stock
• stock line stations
• follow recipes and portion standards
• assist with prep, rush periods, and closing.
