What you'll do

• Manage the contract lifecycle for implants, biologics, capital equipment, purchased services, physician preference items, and indirect categories
• negotiate pricing, rebates, consignment terms, and service-level agreements
• lead RFP and competitive bid processes
• monitor contract compliance, pricing accuracy, and rebate capture
• manage strategic vendor and GPO relationships
• conduct vendor reviews and identify backup suppliers
• partner with the Value Analysis Committee and surgeon champions on technology evaluation and standardization
• track market trends and pricing
• report savings and compliance
• build spend analytics and dashboards
• partner with Finance on budgets and business cases
• develop sourcing processes and support new facility onboarding
• supervise and develop team members.
