Job overview

The Facilities Support role is onsite in Dallas, TX, part-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and occasional Saturday or Sunday work. Pay is $16–$17 per hour. St Phillips School and Community Center's Facilities department supports campus and community spaces. The role helps maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment through custodial and minor maintenance work, event setup, and response to service requests. It supports the daily operation of school and community facilities and coordinates with staff and service providers as needed.

What you'll do

• Perform custodial and maintenance duties
• unlock and lock specified campus doors
• place and collect traffic signs and cones
• sweep and mop cafeteria floors and disinfect tables between lunch periods
• respond to custodial emergencies and service requests
• set up and take down event furniture and equipment
• maintain indoor and outdoor plants
• occasionally inspect buses for interior cleaning
• use SchoolDude to complete assigned tasks
• assist contractors with building access
• clean windows, blinds, and concession areas.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid Texas driver's license, English communication ability, and one year of cleaning, housekeeping, or custodial experience. Occasional weekend cleaning is noted.
