What you'll do

• Lead construction workforce and division leaders
• oversee safety culture, quality standards, financial performance, project schedules, client relationships, and regulatory compliance
• standardize field procedures
• coach and develop leaders
• participate in bid reviews and pre-award scoping
• report on performance, capacity, and growth readiness
• oversee resource allocation and project controls.
