What you'll do

• Lead energizing, safe, and educational group classes
• answer participant questions and support health and well-being goals
• maintain knowledge of wellness trends
• build relationships among members and participants
• adjust instruction for participants’ capabilities, physical conditions, health, and culture
• keep attendance records
• attend required meetings and training
• follow YMCA policies and emergency procedures.
