Lead Fleet Mechanic

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair diesel, gas, and hydraulic equipment, including vehicles, trailers, tractors, heavy equipment, snow plows, salt spreaders, and small engines
• diagnose fleet issues
• develop and manage preventive maintenance programs
• inspect and repair air brakes
• supervise and support team members
• perform mobile field repairs as needed
• coordinate purchase orders for parts and supplies
• maintain an organized shop.
