Associate Quality Analyst I

What you'll do

• Monitor KPIs for CAPA, change control, and risk management
• track timely completion of quality actions
• review action definitions and trends
• verify action effectiveness
• confirm actions do not adversely affect finished products
• maintain tracking databases
• facilitate quality meetings and investigations
• provide analysis for annual quality reviews
• perform statistical analysis of exception documents and identify trends that may require changes to manufacturing or control procedures.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, preferably biology, chemistry, or a related field. Spanish and English communication skills are required. Pharmaceutical or biotechnology quality experience and prior CAPA, change control, or risk-management experience are preferred.
