Maintenance Technician — Path to Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems
• handle painting and light remodeling for unit turns and property upkeep
• inspect for structural or safety issues and complete repairs
• maintain work and service records
• respond to on-call maintenance requests, including some nights and weekends
• as the role develops, help train and coordinate staff, manage vendor relationships, and oversee preventive maintenance.
