Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite at an apartment community in Venice, FL. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. The position supports NM Residential’s property operations and resident service. The role maintains the physical condition and safety of the property by resolving maintenance issues, preparing vacant units, and responding to resident work orders. It helps keep apartments, grounds, and shared facilities in company-standard condition and compliant with applicable laws.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance, painting, and drywall issues
• respond to and prioritize resident work orders
• prepare vacant units
• maintain grounds, including pool maintenance
• conduct property walk-throughs
• perform scheduled on-call duties and respond to emergencies
• maintain equipment and facilities
• follow safety practices.
