What you'll do

• Support compliance and process improvement
• train personnel, customers, and suppliers on workmanship and quality standards
• support process qualification, validation, and new product introduction
• develop and execute control plans
• prepare and present quality metrics
• assist with complaints and CAPA systems
• collaborate on root-cause analysis and containment
• guide inspection processes
• support engineering change reviews
• assist with supplier quality plans and production quality activities.
