The Sales and Design Consultant role is onsite, serving the Gainesville–Ocala region from the Ocala, FL listing location. Compensation is $2,000 biweekly during the 12-week training period; after training, the role transitions to uncapped earnings with no base salary. The consultant supports California Closets’ custom home organization design and installation services. The role exists to translate customer needs into personalized storage solutions and deliver a strong design-brand experience. It contributes through in-home consultation, measuring and design, sales, customer follow-up, and coordination with the installation team.

What you'll do

• Travel to customers’ homes and design custom storage solutions using proprietary CAD software
• pursue referrals and repeat business to meet or exceed sales targets
• follow up with customers and collaborate with the installation team to ensure job completion
• manage a portfolio of projects and clients
• participate in meetings and training.

Why this role
