Compensation is $31–$44 per year. The Critical Care Paramedic or Paramedic role is an onsite position based in Superior, WI. , with a range of $31.40 - $43.96 per hour, and this role supports the new Destination Superior EMS initiative at Essentia Health. This role exists to provide high-quality, compassionate emergency medical care to patients in both pre-hospital and hospital settings. The paramedic will perform ongoing patient assessments, determine treatment courses, and utilize advanced life support equipment to ensure optimal patient outcomes during emergent and non-emergent calls.

What you'll do

• Responds to emergent and non-emergent calls and hospital codes.
• Provides medical support and care for patients in pre-hospital and hospital environments.
• Assists in patient assessment and treatment determination.
• Provides advanced medical care and basic life support using appropriate equipment.
