What you'll do

• Address equipment-related issues and disruptions
• coordinate weekly planned maintenance coverage with the maintenance team and planner
• lead troubleshooting of process upsets and equipment breakdowns with engineering and supervisors
• host daily safety meetings
• support safety, food safety, and quality programs
• assist with project planning and preventive maintenance generation
• maintain plant asset information
• ensure tools and parts availability
• coordinate repair status and staffing priorities with vendors and plant teams
• support audits
• manage timekeeping and overtime using UKG.

Why this role
