What you'll do

• Write, edit, and maintain internal process documentation using company templates and guidelines
• support cross-functional teams adopting new templates
• develop and maintain process flow charts
• collaborate with subject matter experts
• follow Quality, Document Control, and Good Documentation Practice guidelines
• upload files to the document-control system
• lead writing projects and mentor other writers as needed
• participate in regulatory training and share expertise.
