Lending Client Coordinator

What you'll do

• Provide front-line client service by phone, online, and in person
• maintain client and third-party relationships
• explain basic policies and processes
• help identify and prevent fraud
• assist the sales team with product and delivery options
• back up the contact center as needed
• service loan renewals and transactions, coordinate and review documents, maintain lien positions, process payments and account updates, research issues, and follow up on delinquent accounts
• provide office coverage and coordinate events and administrative duties.
