The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor works onsite in Knoxville, TN. Compensation is $40 per hour. This is a weekend position with day and night shift options and 12-hour shifts. What you'll do

• Supervise delivery of resident care
• assess residents and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• perform physical assessments
• communicate significant changes to physicians and other professionals
• collaborate on care plans
• document care and transcribe orders accurately
• supervise, assign, coach, and train CNAs and other personnel
• monitor medication and narcotic procedures
• protect resident rights, safety, and confidentiality
• follow facility policies and regulations.
