Assistant Team Leader

What you'll do

• Manage production and merchandising in assigned departments
• work toward production goals and continuous improvements
• communicate goals and motivate team members
• train new employees
• monitor merchandise levels and adjust production goals
• provide scheduling input and record hours
• maintain displays, racks, and fixtures
• protect company assets
• serve as Safety Ambassador
• support meetings, cash balancing, deposits, reports, employee supervision, and customer concern resolution
• maintain store cleanliness and report equipment or technology issues.
