What you'll do

• Assess technical training needs with subject matter experts
• develop presentations, e-learning modules, manuals, and assessments
• deliver employee training, new-hire orientation, and compliance training
• coordinate schedules and maintain a training calendar
• create job aids and provide coaching
• update course materials
• evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback
• maintain attendance and evaluation records
• report on employee progress
• assist with the annual training plan and budget.
