What you'll do

• Lead imaging departments and oversee patient care, safety, and service quality
• develop and evaluate policies, procedures, and workflows
• oversee scheduling, staffing, and productivity
• collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams
• ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance
• manage budgets and capital planning
• lead staff recruitment, development, and evaluation
• assess imaging equipment, PACS/RIS systems, AI tools, and workflow improvements
• monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
• liaise with leadership, surveyors, vendors, and physician groups
• support patient experience initiatives.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in healthcare or science management, at least 10 years of progressive imaging leadership, an active unrestricted Florida Radiologic Technologist license, current ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB certification, and current BLS certification. AIT certification is required if applicable to facility or licensure structure.
