What you'll do

• Understand performance-based maintenance contracting and project requirements
• determine cost variables
• gather information from sites, suppliers, subcontractors, and operators
• research labor, material, and production costs
• use software for analysis, modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• review vendor and subcontractor quotes
• conduct risk analysis
• prepare estimates and bids
• build vendor relationships
• present bids at leadership gate reviews.
